I was diagnosed as Chemically Imbalanced and Obsessively Compulsive but not in time. Changing the name would not change the look or feel of this demon on my back. Now there is help, acceptance and medication but over forty years ago...

  My story is not a self-help book, yet, you may find ways to do things in your everyday life that will help you. For me it was a matter of survival to learn how to control my emotions and actions in order to be accepted in a 'normal' world. Through the creation of Brain Coffins which cleared the daily mental clutter and Brain Brakes which enabled a softer landing after the extreme highs I have been able to find joy and salvation in my life.
